BRANDING

Evernote Conference 2013

For Evernote’s third annual conference I art directed a large scale branding project. I enlisted Matt Stevens for his incredible design talent and it was a pleasure to work with him on the project.

We created a comprehensive brand language for the conference consisting of logo, iconography and pattern. The brand was based on three core colours and geometric shapes that represented the three attendee categories: Developers, Ambassadors and Users. The goal was to have a flexible visual language based on geometry that would scale to the massive scale of the San Francisco Design Concourse.

The logo and icon sets were expanded upon and I applied the design to t-shirts, badges, internal /external signage and wayfinding, printed materials, staging, all slide decks, video animation and website. The Evernote Conference had over 1000 attendees from 26 countries and launched Evernote Business, Evernote Market as well as strategic partnerships for the company.
